Cathy has more than 20 years of experience positioning, launching and supporting hundreds of companies, entrepreneurs, products and services. Known for her creative, assertive approach to building and growing companies, she always has one more big idea. Cathy provides the overall strategic direction for Metis, and she is committed to exceeding expectations in all areas of business.

Cathy has led strategic marketing and communications initiatives at companies such as Adobe EchoSign, Basecamp, Convertro (AOL), Deutsche Telekom, Dell EqualLogic, Cognos (IBM), Datto and many more. Prior to starting Metis, Cathy was vice president at Bell Pottinger USA and account director at LNS Communications. She has a bachelor’s degree in communications from Loyola University New Orleans, and is a member of the Forbes Agency Council.

Vice president of content strategy
Marty possesses more than twenty years of experience in PR and marketing for B2B and B2C technology companies. He spent much of the past two decades as managing director for the Davies Murphy Group, later acquired by LEWIS. There he led PR teams and created content for clients across a spectrum of industries, including such names as Gemalto, TomTom and Allegis Group. He was part of the Veeam Software team, named Veeam’s top worldwide agency for two consecutive years, and drove Rave Mobile Safety’s Smart911 to national prominence, earning a Gold Bell Ringer from the Publicity Club. 

Most recently, Marty served as director of communications for the internationally known Perkins School for the Blind, overseeing a team of content writers, designers, photographers and videographers. He was a managing director at LNS Communications and has also worked in retail advertising, broadcast production and news.

JaeMi has more than a decade of experience managing public relations programs for high-tech companies in numerous industries, including cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, networking, managed services and Internet of Things. He is passionate about the power of words and understanding how they affect and influence people.

JaeMi has extensive experience leading PR campaigns for B2B and B2C companies, such as IBM, Comcast Business, TomTom, Formula E Racing, Ericsson and Feature Labs. He got his start in PR managing media requests for a Boston University-based research group investigating the genetics of longevity. JaeMi graduated from Hobart College with a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology and a minor in writing. He sits on the board of trustees at the Oxford Academy in Connecticut.
